Refund policy

Exchanges:
If a customer wants to exchange an item for a different size, color or design, Moolchand Mill Pvt Ltd may offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of billing, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase or invoice for the exchange to be processed.

Store Exchange Facility:
Customers can exchange products purchased online from Moolchand Mill Pvt Ltd at any of the Moolchand Mill stores. The same exchange policy and applicable terms and conditions will apply.

Refunds:
If a customer wants a refund for a purchase, Moolchand Mill Pvt Ltd may offer refunds within 7 days from the date of billing, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase or invoice for the refund to be processed. Refunds may be given in the form of the original payment method or store credit.

Shipping Costs:
Moolchand Mill Pvt Ltd may not refund the original shipping cost or the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If a customer wants to return or exchange any product, the customer will be responsible for bearing the transportation/shipping charges for returning the shipment to Moolchand Mill Pvt Ltd.

Final Sale Items:
Some items may be marked as "final sale," which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.
